HI, I'm currently looking for accessible website and webpage designing programs, for a project I'm working on, any tips would be helpful.

www.homeandlearn.co.uk, a website that teaches you about computers, has a free but basic html editor that is very accessible. It will put in the boddy tags for you and stuff, and it's very menu driven. I used it for a web design project for school and it worked great.
